Thank You to Our Office Staff and Remote Workers! The right people, doing the right things,  the right way, for the right reasons.  Right at Home.

My name is Beth Sholom and I am the Owner/Executive Director of Right at Home of Central New Jersey. As 2018 draws to a close, I wanted to extend my endless thanks and appreciation to my amazing, loyal and dedicated team of office staff (Deborah, Hali and Danielle) and co-workers who work remotely (Domenica and Ellen). These women are honest and loyal and help me keep things running smoothly every day. Without them, Right at Home of Central New Jersey would not succeed in being able to provide the best possible and highest level of care to our clients and their families or interact with our partners in the community in the way that we do every day. At Right at Home, our philosophy is always to provide care for our clients the same way we would for our own family members (like we would for my Mom, shown with me in the photo above or both of Ellen's parents, who we cared for). In fact, Ellen came to work with me at Right at Home after being a client first and she has always told people that when she recommends Right at Home to them, it comes not just from being an employee but from experiencing our care and interacting with our caregivers and office staff as a client first. Everything we do at Right at Home stems from our mission to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Our office staff and co-workers help me accomplish our mission every day.
