Right at Home is Bringing Exercise to the Homes of Our Clients

Right at Home of Central New Jersey is part of a grass roots initiative to bring exercise in to the homes of our clients. Did you know that falling once increases the chances of falling again?  The videos known as the Netflix of exercise were created by geriatricians and physical therapists. They include a fall prevention series, stress, relief, memory care, accelerated recovery and many more.
